2. Response to DMCA Notices

2.1. Upon receipt of a valid DMCA Notice, Softonig.com will take prompt action to remove or disable access to the infringing material.

3. Counter-Notification

• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, the federal district court for any judicial district in which Softonig.com may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the DMCA Notice or an agent of such person.

4. Repeat Infringers

4.1. Softonig.com reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright.
